Priority Flat rate + Free Shipping for qualifying orders.
Free shipping promotions are always great, that's why we've made the decision to upgrade all domestic orders over $50 and ship via Priority Mail- free of charge. All other orders enjoy a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 for up to 5 lbs and 8.95 for orders 5.1 lbs are larger.
Normal shipping times
We know that when you buy something online, you want it fast. We do our best to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Please note our standard shipping time frames are (1 - 7 business days). If you have a special rush request, please don't hesitate to let us know after placing your order by either leaving a note in the special instructions section during checkout or by sending us an email referencing your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has shipped, domestic orders usually take 1-3 business days to be delivered via USPS Priority Mail, while international orders are delivered within 7-10 business days via USPS Priority International Mail.
All items are shipped via Priority International and can take 5-7 business days to process prior to shipment. International orders are delivered withing 7-10 business days after processing has completed.
Tracking and additional services
All domestic and international shipments include USPS delivery confirmation, which can be tracked via www.usps.com. You're Donna Marie web account will have this information which is why we require that you create an account so you are able to track your package and view your order details with ease. We will send tracking information for your order via an email to the address provided during checkout that the package when the package is shipped. Overnight Mail, Express Mail, additional insurance and other services, are usually available upon request for an additional charge.
We will always ship to the address provided during checkout unless you provide us follow up instructions to the contrary. Please confirm that the shipping address you leave us during checkout is correct so that there aren't any misunderstandings.
Due to the nature of our products, all hair product sales are nonrefundable and considered final once shipped. If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipment, please send us an email at email@example.com. We do not offer refunds on hair products because there is no way to verify that the product was not used upon receipt.
Wrong Address: If you provide the wrong address for a shipment, we will resend as a courtesy, but you will be required to pay for shipping. We cannot control issues with Post Office.
In the event that we sent you the wrong item, your item is missing from your package, or damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 202-203-0636 within 72 hours and we will resolve the issue once verified. DO NOT RETURN YOUR PRODUCT(S) WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. We have special, discounted shipping rates and will send you a return shipping label to return your items. We will not honor your shipping costs if you return the items on your own without contacting us and will only credit you according to our shipping rates.
Accessories such as t-shirts, jewelry, and hair accessories are returnable for a full refund upon receipt of your item if the item is returned within 10 days of your order. Your item(s) must be in new/unused condition with tags still attached. Shipping costs for unwanted accessories are not refundable. Please send returned accessories (not hair products) to :
